Rent to Own West Monroe was founded in 1998.

We have both houses and manufactured homes. Our properties consist primarily of manufactured homes. Some homes are already set up in parks, others are land-home packages. 

 

All properties are set up on Lease Purchase terms or Lease with Option terms. Down payment amounts vary from property to property and are required on all properties.
